So you've seen my color-swatch-matchy posts... well, my web guru just introduced me to this groovy online tool from Adobe called Kuler. With it, you can play with color arrangements or upload a photo (like mine above) and it will pull colors out for you to create a palette.
The only down side I've seen so far is that you can't save the palettes on your own computer (someone correct me if I'm wrong). It's definitely worth playing with if you like this sort of thing.
