Speaking of repurposed books (which I was the other day), when I did a little research, I found a blog called Breathe Upon where she shares photos of beautiful journals she bought from Ex Libris Anonymous. ELA cuts up old books and intersperses blank pages so you can use them as journals or art books. I love the Little Golden Books repurposed!
