While I'm on a prediction-of-the-year kick, I should mention one of my favorite things... food. McCormick's (of spice fame) gives us a flavor forecast with their top-ten list for ingredient pairing. My favorite idea is the combination of cayenne and tart cherry. The recipe above is Spicy Pulled Pork in Tart Cherry Sauce with Vanilla Slaw. Mmm...
