Alexandre Orion is a Brazilian graffiti-with-a-twist artist. He cleans pollution on the walls to create reverse-graffiti. Orion is also effectively helping clean up the São Paulo. Apparently the authorities couldn't charge him with anything so they cleaned up the areas he had worked on... but nowhere else. So Orion continued his work, forcing officials to clean every tunnel in the city.
