Who knew big hair could be so beautiful? Artist Stella Im Hultberg creates her work in a variety of mediums but keeps with a common theme: portraits of women framed by huge, flowing hair. I'm always impressed when an artist can create an entire body of work based on a narrow theme and Stella does it well.
The top two pieces shown here are Disseminated (left) and Unreflected (right). The sketchbook drawings below are equally impressive, showing off her drawing ability and clean use of lines. Check out her website and blog.
