It didn't dawn on me until after yesterday's post that the doodler I was blogging is the stunningly talented artist responsible for Fables comic book covers. I've been gawking at James Jean's artwork for years. Fables has the most sophisticated comic covers I've seen and, even more impressive, is James's ability to change styles on each cover. Above are just a few samples.
