Flowers are abundant in Thailand and they have these beautiful wreaths available everywhere. Thais use them when they pay respect at temples and shrines (top pic) and they give them to each other as gifts. I am sure there are other uses but I don't know what they are.
Wreaths generally cost five to ten baht (15-30 cents US) so they are a bargain, plus the white ones make my house smell fantastic. It's one of those small things that just makes me happy. Little wreaths, I will miss you!
