Bangkok is awash with street food vendors. I have a long list of favorites, but of particular note is my banana-rice man. These bundles of tasty joy start with the banana, which is then surrounded by sticky rice that has been cooked in coconut milk. Everything is wrapped in a banana leaf and grilled. After grilling, the leaf is opened like a tiny gift to reveal the banana-rice-coconutty perfection inside. I cannot properly describe how tasty this is, just trust me.
